Jack was born with Transposition of the Great Arteries under the ninth full moon of 2021 and died under the tenth. He would have had a much better chance of survival if his condition had been diagnosed in the womb, but it wasn't. Danielle and Kevin spent every day of Jack's life with him reading, drawing and dreaming of a future that would not come to fruition.
Jack's struggle was many more hard days than good days. We hope that research might make what happened to him a thing of the past.
