We are walking in memory of our heart angel Callum Huck who was born with a special heart not made for a long life on this earth. The Congenital Heart Walk is dedicated to raising funds to support The Children's Heart Foundation's mission: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CHDs by funding the most promising research. In Callum's memory, we are committed to supporting other children like him.
