Cleveland Congenital Heart Walk Presented by Cleveland Clinic Children's

I participate in the Heart Walk in honor of my heart angel, Kayden.
He was born in 2015 with a rare congenital chromosomal disorder, 7q11.23, which included heart defects and other complications.
Kayden passed away in 2017, but he was the light of our lives and is missed dearly every single day.
