Thank you for visiting my page. Whether you are donating, becoming a team member of Jelanistrong, or sharing for me, its all appreciated. This is for Jelani, My granddaughter, Our Heart Warrior. Simply put, she's just amazing. You would never know what this little girl has been through just by looking at her. She has this light around her, whether you know her or just meeting her, you will feel it. She was born with Hyperplastic Left Heart Syndrome, and even though its been scary, anxiety driven and stressful 2years, nothing has stopped her. She is the strongest person i have ever met, her resilance speaks for itself. I made a promise to her the day she was born, that i would learn everything i could about her and this heart disease, and i would advocate for her, everyday, month and year, so thats what i will do!!
