Over 11 years ago (!!), my neice Layla Bush was born with congenital heart defects. Her doctors at Columbia University Medical Center were incredible, performing a life-changing surgey on her when she was 7 weeks old. Today, Layla is a healthy, smart, active, loving pre-teen!!
