We walk for our son Brody who was diagnosed in utero with a severe congenital heart defect. We were able to set him up with the best doctors and care since we found out about his condition so early.
We consider Brody one of the lucky ones. He was born in a hospital with the top doctors and nurses ready for him and all of his needs. The Children's Heart Foundation's mission is to make sure more babies born with CHDs have a fighting chance like Brody.
