I am a 23 year-old who has been navigating an extremely rare congenital heart diagnosis her entire life. I am incredibly grateful for all of the support and love I have received, and hope to continue to spread awareness and positivity about heart disease.
The Children's Heart Foundation and their dedication to researching congenital heart disease is so significant and I hope that joining this walk will contribute to future growth for the organization.
