Every 15 minutes, a baby in this country is born with a congenital heart defect, making it America's most common birth defect. The Congenital Heart Walk is dedicated to raising funds to support The Children's Heart Foundation's mission: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Congenital Heart Defects by funding the most promising research. 

We are walking in honor of our angel heart hero, Audrey. Audrey was diagnosed at birth with heart defects VSD, ASD, PAPVR, and numerous other birth defects with her airway. She fought hard through 240 days in the hospital, 5 surgeries, and many other ups and downs. She captivated hearts all around the world and became an inspiration of strength as she fought her battles. She loved being sassy, smiling contagiously, big hair bows, reading books, sea animals, and snuggling with her unicorn stuffy.

Although our little girl was only on Earth for a brief time, she still inspires so many. We will always cherish the days and memories we had with her. We hope to make her proud as we continue her fight and advocate for the CHD community.
