San Francisco/ Sacramento Congenital Heart Walk

My personal Heart Warrior is my nephew Joe! I'm walking to the support The Children's Heart Foundation dedicated to funding congenital heart defect (CHD) research. Through funding, their mission is that everyone born with a congenital heart defect has the chance to live a long, healthy life, and that eventually, CHDs will be eradicated altogether. Any support you can provide would be amazing.
