Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I am Gilly and I'm participating in the Congenital Heart Walk to support the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.

When I was just 13 days old, my mother found out just how special I was. I was diagnosed with a congential heart disease. For the first 6yrs of my life, I spent countless days and hours in and out of Children's Hospital in Atlanta, GA. My mom said, she thought we had taken up a new residence but now I have gotten stronger and though my condition still exisit, through the help of my mother, grandmother, physicians and strength training coaches, I am able to live a more active lifestyle.
